Hydrate!

I’m sure you remember when you were younger how it was drilled into you to drink 8 glasses of water a day.  If you’re anything like me, that thought must be traumatising!  I still can’t get around the taste – or lack thereof.  However, water is key in the journey to weight loss and health in general.  So sorry for you, friends!  You need to drink up!

 

Thanks to the smart folk who thought of infusing fruit into water because now I love drinking it!  What better way to hydrate and get your favourite fruit into your body than a combination of both?  Ooooh Sooooo delicious!

I like to add blueberries, strawberries, lemon, mint, cucumbers, grated ginger, apples, pineapples or oranges.  You can add them in whatever combinations you wish. Enjoy!
